我不內向,但發現自己常常社交宿醉(social hangover)。教書、和朋友或家人見面後,我總是精疲力竭,需要好一段時間獨處來恢復精力。後來發現到我可能是高敏感個性,所以小事也能大大地影響我。好玩的是,如果是朋友來我家,我比較不會社交宿醉、比較冷靜,也更能享受和朋友的相處。另外,教書時的下課時間,我喜歡自己一個人,下班後也不太喜歡和學生或朋友出去。

I may not identify as an introverted person, but I find myself experiencing social hangovers quite frequently. After teaching or spending time with friends and family, I often feel exhausted and need some time alone to recharge. I've come to realize that maybe I am highly sensitive, and even the smallest things can affect me deeply. Interestingly, I noticed that when my friends come over to my place, I experience fewer social hangovers. I feel calmer and genuinely enjoy our conversations more in this setting. Moreover, during break time at school, I prefer being alone and don't particularly enjoy hanging out with students or friends after work.
